Customer service
Ambu’s customer service are a highly trained and experienced team. They are dedicated to fulfilling all customer requirements whatever they might be.
Ambu Ltd has three customer services employees, each of which is allocated specific regions of the country. In this way they are able to build up a relationship with customers and offer them a friendly and efficient service.
They are available to take your call between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and between 9am and 4:30pm on Friday. They are able to answer all manner of enquiries including order placement, delivery requirements and product and training enquiries.

Supply Chain
On the day an order is placed our committed warehouse operatives will dispatch your order via carrier and it will be with you within 2-3days. However if your requirements are urgent your order, if requested, can be processed and delivered within 24 hours.
If you require your order to be reconfigured our operatives are highly flexible and can dispatch your products in almost any arrangement you desire. Your goods can also be labeled with departmental information so that your order can be easily recognized in main stores. |
